Absolute Serenity = great name =] Very simple and sober name.

As soon as I entered, a big green ad popped up in front of me. I understand that you don't have many ads, but the green does not match your layout and looks weird. Always use colours that go well together.

Very 'serene' layout x] Easy for the eyes, but extremely plain. You could have added brushes (low opacity) to the header image.
Great CSS, but I don't like the black used in the h2 borders, grey would match with the colours.
Navigation/ Organisation: 8/10
In the sidebar, affies go before your own link button. I think it is considered 'polite' x]
It would be nice if, in the skin selection menu, you told the visitors what the default skin was.
