Review

First impressions

I really like the header for the layout. It gives a description of the site in a really nice way. I like the colours too, and the abstract little swirly thing. Maybe you could've chosen a more exciting font though, you can find some really good ones here. I would suggest you centered the layout, it would be much nicer :)
Moving on to the sidebar,I reckon everthing could be spaced out a bit more with some pretty dividers that match the layout. The navigation blends in too much with everything else - you need to make it stand out.

This is a nice little section, I love what you wrote about why you chose the name:

I chose it because here, I can talk about anything - nothing goes unsaid, nothing is held back. No boundaries. There's no fear of hurting someone's feelings or saying the wrong thing. I can let everything out just by blogging. And that, to me, is absolute serenity.

The icons are really pretty. I don't really like them all being bordered in a table type thing. Have space between them, but dont put more nasty black lines than you need. It ruins the effect. On the lyrics and quotes page, please add 2 more icons! Or 5. And on the misc icons page, add one more. I don't know what it is but it gets on my nerves if there aren't the same amount on each line, :P
I really like your product reviews. This is a great part of the site and I encourage you to add more! Every teens personal blog should have a section that reviews all the fabby beauty products out there, so other teens can get advice on what to buy. C'est super! Encore!

Summary

You have a lovely site, which can easily be made fabulous with a little bit of effort. Just spend some time on the header and layout, glamifying (word?) it and making it really something special. Add some more product reviews and viola! An even more beautiful teen blog with extras that many people are going to visit more often.
