Colour Bubbles

By using PSP9, I'm going to show you how to create colour bubbles. This is the image I will be using:

Open up PSP and open any image you'd like to add colour bubbles to.

Click on your paint brush tool and match your settings to mine:

Make a new raster layer and set it to screen 100%

Choose a colour from your materials palette and use the brush on the picture. I chose purple, orange, blue, green, and pink.

I then duplicated the base, dragged it to the top and set it to soft light 100%
Overlay works, too.
